Reservation Policy
Our standing policies for booking, payment, cancellation and stay at Baypoint Landing. HST applies on all fees.
| Minimum stay | 7 nights during Premium season. |

| Reservation deposit | Due at the time of booking. |
| Full payment | Due 30 days prior to arrival. A post-dated cheque must be submitted at time of reservation. |
| Security deposit | A refundable security deposit is required at the time of final payment, in addition to full payment. It is refunded within 14 days of departure subject to inspection. In case of damage, a written description of the reason for retention will be furnished. |
| Taxes | HST is applicable on all fees. |
| Cancellation fees |
91+ days prior to arrival — no cancellation fee. 61–90 days prior to arrival — 25% cancellation fee. 31–60 days prior to arrival — 50% cancellation fee. 0–30 days prior to arrival — full forfeiture. |
| Pets | Pets may be allowed. Approval must be obtained at the time of booking. |
| No shows / early departures | Subject to full forfeiture. |
| Check-in | After 3:00 p.m. |
| Check-out | Required by 11:00 a.m. |
| Housekeeping | Available for an extra charge. Must be requested 30 days prior to stay. |
| Smoking | Baypoint Landing is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside the cottage. |
| Fireworks | Strictly prohibited. |
| Social events | Social gatherings, parties and illegal or inappropriate activities are not allowed on the property. |
| Occupancy | The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. |
| Landing | The property and docks are used by the owners as a boat landing. |
Important
Failing to adhere to these guidelines will forfeit the security deposit. All online reservations are considered tentative until you are contacted by a reservation specialist within 24–72 hours to re-confirm pricing and dates. All information on our website and online reservation program is not guaranteed, allowing for possible errors in pricing & description.
