Life-safety monitoring is always on
The burglar alarm is disarmed for your stay, but the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are professionally monitored 24/7. A triggered sensor will automatically dispatch fire and EMS — this cannot be cancelled or called off. Please do not tamper with detectors. Any false-alarm charges levied by the township will be passed through to your security deposit. More detail in the Guidelines →
